* Class Cost $10 donation, you keep track of. NOTIFY ME a day 2 hrs ahead to secure a spot. 10 max, & thank you for not attending if even slightly sick. I have props but do bring your own.
* Kripalu Yoga that I guide is traditional, sacred, sometimes challenging and fun! I create space for connection with yourself as well as others on the same path. I want to give a SHOUT OUT to Big River Yoga in South Minneapolis where I have gravitated to. It is very like minded for those of you who frequent or live in the T Cities check them out, they offer options for class passes and are easy to reach.

TIS THE MONTH TO BE THANKFUL! I am so grateful to still be teaching YOGA and for the first time since Covid I am taking new students. Yes, there is limited space (10 max) and only a couple classes but I can and will add more if needed. Nov classes meet:
TUESDAYs at 10:30 -11:45 All Levels
THURSDAYs at 4:30 - 5:30 All Levels NOTE no class 11/2, 11/23
SATURDAY Nov 25 at 10:30. All Levels express Gratitude!
$10 Donation based. Thank you for keeping your shots up to date!

** I am GUEST TEACHING this month at a womans Zen Retreat in Iowa, Yoga and Dance Yoga. In December I am in process of securing space for a Dance Yoga gathering in Bemidji. I continue to seek space in South Minneapolis and have a couple options that would work for metro people, stay tuned, I'm there monthly.

Heres to let you know that I will be at a Retreat Thur 11/3 so no 4:30 class that day. The Nov Schedule will be posted 11/1.
It will remain the same as OCT (see below) but will hopefully include a SATURDAY Gratitude Class Nov 25, time (before noon) tba. I am also working on renting space for DANCE YOGA ! Stay tuned, it is always a joyous experience. In The Clearing Studio TEN bodies are the new max number for Yoga, I've also got 20 new colorful blocks.
