$10 Donation Contact me beforehand or by 8:00 am the day of class to secure your spot. You will enter directly into the studio so thank you for doing so quietly and I advise coming 10 min early, street parking is sometimes limited.
WATCH FOR a Sat Special Event Class! Dance Yoga over New Years was a blast. unfortunately my ol Bose shut down or I'd do it again soon. I have been doing some GUEST TEACHING as well.
I am still in Kripalu Intergral Yoga Therapy foundation training, mostly review for me, I will be done this month. My skill set has been validated, I am surviving being online a lot, and I look forward to doing some different types of Healing Circles. Stay Tuned.

* Kripalu Yoga that I guide is traditional, sacred, sometimes challenging and fun! I create space for connection with yourself as well as others on the same path. I want to give a SHOUT OUT to Big River Yoga in South Minneapolis where I have gravitated to. It is very like minded for those of you who frequent or live in the T Cities check them out, they offer options for class passes and are easy to reach.
