Happy Summer! Scroll right down below for August Schedule, it is the same and will not change until Fall. One awesome Mens Class and two All Level Classes are held weekly unless I'm gone. This month there is no class THUR 8/1 ( fire alarm testing in bldg ) and no class TUES 8/13 (will have just completed Womens Triathlon in Mpls, note I WILL comlete it and do just fine!)

A Day and Evening with Sudha will be held Friday, August 23, for my students only ( Age 60 plus!) Details pending. I will utilize The Clearing and my home, 10 max, $100 DONTION on a sliding scale.  Sudha Carolyn Lundeen is a Kripalu Legacy Teacher plus way WAY more, (google her.) You will recieve individualized instruction and coaching on not just your body but also mind and emotions.  Shes my mentor and BFF, shes done retreats Internationally and in my yard!  I will be personally inviting folks soon (yup men, you too!)
