Mondays : 3:00 - 4:00, All levels except new beginners. 

Thursdays: 10:00 - 11:00, same as above

MENS class on hold.  SPECIAL GATHERING(s) : Sharing Circles using Conscious Communication coming soon. One each month. Donation based.
