The entry door to The Clearing, and the windows, remain shattered and taped so enter through the door next to it ( streetside ) go straight, turn right, walk past Dr offices and into the studio. OR enter the clinic behind and Quietly go straight ahead to studio. I'll be around to navigate!  Same drill ;  Text to secure your spot

 OCTOBER  Schedule will change to : Monday All Level @ 5:00 and MENS to be announced.  Thursday All Level @ 10:00. All classes are  one hour , easing back in to it, and rebuilding Sangha as well as community post STORM!

**KRIPALU YOGA IMMERSION in MPLS with Sudha Lundeen RN ERYT1000 and me,  will be offered in the Nordeast Yoga Studio, 1304 University Ave NE. Sept 19th 2:00 - 3:30 and 6:30 - 8:00

The studio is upstairs, #307.  I hope to greet you outside and will open each 90 min embodied practice with pranayama.  Sudha, Kripalu Legacy Master Teacher, will guide you in somatic and ayurvedic inspired movement/asana, conscious observation, accessing inner guidance and deep rest.
