Monthly Sharing Circle will take place following 10:00 Yoga class on THURSDAY Nov. 20, 2025.  $15  donation for both.  I'm shooting for every third Thursday.

Conscious Communication and Exploring the Cycle of Change will be introduced and practiced with Sangha.  "I grow through what I've been through, what I am going through" an opportunity to Be In Process together.
