TUESDAY   1:00 - 2:15  Moderate asana & breathwork   

                     5:00 - 6:15  Moderate/Advanced asana & breathwork

THURSDAY  !:00 - 2:15.   Gentle/Moderate asana & breathwork 

SATURDAY  2//18 10:00 - Noon  Specialty Class, Deepen Your Yoga :

Deepen your yoga specialty classes will be offered by me once a month on Saturdays. I will expand on pranayamas, yoga anatomy, yoga philosophy etc in an experiencial way. Feb class will explore Grounding techniques. $20 DONATION. Once Sat classes get rolling my intention is to involve other TNHC collaborators & jazz things up ! 

8 yogis max are served in The Clearing Studio space. I need to be contacted if you are new and interested in coming. 218-760-9642.

I also require students to contact me if they are NOT coming at least a day ahead ( not a problem if you have something come up. ) Spaces are reserved & socially distanced. We continue to have heightened awareness of covid in the communiity so you thank you for being fully vaccinated and masked if you've been exposed to any bugs!  Bringing your own props is still best but I have some too.

This winter classes evolved into small groups with more specific  needs & with more specific levels of ability  I continue to listen and create space for students committed to their yoga practice and for those who are beginning or returning to yoga practice. A steady, supportive Sangha has formed & it's pretty incredible given the reality of viruses, weather challenges, & cost of living. Classes remian $10 DONATION.   

FYI: I am also making a small return to INDEPENDENT CONTRACT TEACHING. eg; currently doing a gig for Charter School Staff.  I have done no marketing but this website speaks to my ability to be a YOGA GYPSY, EDUCATOR, HEALER, MUSE ( comedian ha ha.)  My DHARMA is to serve and enlighten diverse groups of souls with love and compassion so Contact me with questions or ideas, and DO spread the word about  Ambi Yoga / ambiyoga.com.  Om  Namaste
